Challenge
◾Tokyo Big Sight, Japan's largest convention center, was facing challenges in managing large crowds and ensuring effective measures for infection control during events.
◾With over 14 million visitors annually and multiple halls in use for diverse events, they needed a real-time solution to monitor occupancy and swiftly implement safety protocols.
The Solution
◾By implementing Giken Trastem's people counting system they could monitor real-time occupancy levels and trigger alarms when thresholds were exceeded.
◾This system would allow staff to respond immediately and implement infection control measures.
