so that we can improve our products and services.

information, we will comply with the following
set privacy policy guidelines.

with laws and regulations of Personal Information
and set forth company guidelines concerning handling
of personal information and inform employees
of importance of protecting personal information.

Collection and handling Personal Information When we collect
personal information, we will state the purpose
in which the information will be used for. The
information provided is used only within the
scope necessary to fulfill that purpose or request.
If we require using the information out of the
restricted scope we will ask the individual beforehand
for permission to use it in another manner.

Management of Personal Information We will strive
to implement actions as needed to protect entrusted
Personal Information from unauthorized access,
leakage, loss, destruction, modification etc.
When we provide information to our outsourcing
companies or third parties, we demand that third
parties comply with the Private Information Protection
Law and we exercise strict management to third
parties of how they handle personal information.

Providing Personal Information to Third Parties We will not
disclose personal information to any third party
without prior consent of the individual except
for the following cases:

when consent from the individual is obtained
(2)
when it is necessary to
disclose / provide information to our outsourcing
company in order to fulfill the required
service requested by individual
(3)
when it is permitted under related laws or regulations

Disclosure, correction, cease use of personal information In the event
an individual requests that his/her personal
information is to be disclosed, corrected or
to cease use, we will accommodate the request
within reasonable grounds after we have confirmed
the request is from the individual.

Continued reviewing of this policy Giken Trastem
will continuously perform to improve how we manage
personal information effectively. We reserve
the right to make changes to this policy without
notice. Any changes to this policy will be posted.

Handling existing personal information For existing personal information
obtained before the enforcement of the
Private Information Protection Law, we
will continue to use the information within
the scope that we have been using the information.
